Melissa & Miguel chose Granada for their destination elopement as Spain is so special to them and their love story. They were high school sweethearts and when Melissa decided to move to Madrid through the assistant program they had a long-distance relationship with Miguel in San Diego. At the end of his program Miguel went to Madrid and they traveled throughout the whole Spain, resuming and reinforcing their love.
From the iconic Alhambra to the authentic Chumbera venue
Planning their destination elopement in Granada, Melissa and Miguel wanted something very characteristic of the city of Granada, something with spectacular views and romantic. And so it was that on the terrace of the Chumbera venue, where they were able to celebrate their love with impressive views of the Alhambra where we did the couple photoshoot enjoying the Arabic architecture and every corner of some impressively beautiful palaces.
They celebrated their "Yes I Do" with a cake and a few glasses of cava under the gaze of the Alhambra. Right after the couple tied the knot, they drove to one of the local restaurants in a chic retro car to enjoy the highlights of the Spanish cuisine and the night of Granada in the intimate atmosphere of just the two of them.
